solely for the benefit of clients of NAMC Worldwide. The
program is geared towards clients that are seeking to not only
raise capital for their existing and future Major For-Profit
Projects, that are in the billions of dollars, but also to
assist Non-Profits that NAMC works with to fund various
humanitarian projects globally.
The NAMC clients that this program is
geared to are those clients that are in the process of
launching a major multi-billion dollar real estate project,
those looking to make a major acquisition to help their
company grow, those that are looking to develop new
infrastructure, those that are looking to acquire existing
major real estate assets and those that are looking to open up
new major facilities both in the U.S. and Abroad.
We have a certain criteria that has to be met in order for a
client to qualify to participate in the program. Our initial
criteria for participating clients is simple and strict, each
client must have a true US$5 Billion project or set of
projects (or more)
that funding is needed for, the client must have a minimum of US$250 Million of that project value liquid in their bank, they must
be legitimate companies and they must become a client of NAMC
Worldwide.
